Pre-Major Project
This is a series of postcards called ‘A Day Out In Bournemouth’ and is comprised of illustrations based on images that I have captured from around Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.
The four landscapes are Boscombe Beach, Bournemouth Beach, Durdle Door and the Lower Gardens. The four animals are Lionfish, Asian Small-Clawed Otter, Blacktip Reef Shark and Axolotl, all of which are featured in Bournemouth’s Oceanarium. These pieces were created using a combination of POSCA paint markers and digital art software which I used to design the backs of the postcards.
Alongside the postcards I created a set of sticker designs based on my drawings from the postcards and a few additional images from the Oceanarium, these were created digitally.
